Are Devon Financial Service's stores still open?
Yes, Devon Financial Services offers an essential public service and based on the guidance we’ve received and the actions we’ve taken, our stores will remain open for business. In our stores, we’re doing all we can to make you feel safe, comfortable and welcome. Store hours have been altered to allow for additional time to clean and sanitize. Please note that operating hours may be adjusted and/or stores may be temporarily closed as needed. If anything changes, we will make the necessary updates to our Google Pages (find a location near you).
What precautions are being taken in stores?
The safety of our Customers and team members remains our most important concern. We’re working hard to do everything we can by following the latest guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local health agencies to ensure the health and safety of our Customers, employees and communities.
As a result, in stores we are:

-Increasing our daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
-Disinfecting common surfaces more frequently.
-Making hand sanitizers readily available.
-Encouraging everyone to keep a safe distance with friendly signs.
-Altering store hours to allow for additional cleaning procedures and limiting social distancing.
-Encouraging Customers to use the drive-thru where available.
-Educating our employees on best practices recommended by the CDC in order to prevent and reduce exposure.
-Providing masks to our store operators.
-If an employee is experiencing symptoms or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, they are asked to stay home. We also ask the same of our guests who may suspect they’re sick.
